Beginning with an unfinished basement space, the Olivia became a space which allows for increased living space and entertaining opportunities. The unfinished basement was roughly 1650 sqft of raw potential. We finished out the basement according to their customized plan and vision.

A spacious bedroom, bonus room, and bathroom were added to provide additional space for the family or accommodate a guest or relative. The bathroom was outfitted with a beautiful custom designed glass shower, granite countertop, and a high-quality tile flooring.

The space became an ideal entertainment space complete with a luxurious wet bar with a custom island, sparkling granite counter tops, custom cabinetry, and a sink for ideal drink preparation and clean up. Beyond the drinks, a kitchenette with granite countertops and striking tile floors was installed to accommodate all sorts of food prep and cooked meals. With a kitchenette, the space could accommodate guests for a party, or an ongoing guest could have private access to a kitchen.

Additionally, the basement now offers several different opportunities for entertainment. A large rec room was created which allowed the space for a ping pong table. When the family feels like a more laid-back choice, they can enjoy their custom-made home theatre complete with luxurious leather recliners. Whether entertaining guests or embracing family time, their new finished out space is ideal for making memories and enjoying quality time.

The finish out also allowed for the family to add useful and intentional storage. A hallway storage closet, an under-stair storage closet, and two custom built in cabinets were installed. These additions allow for increased space for the family as well as accommodating a long-term guest if needed.

The Olivia maximized the possibilities through a complete basement transformation which improved the enjoyment and function of the home.
